We are looking to hire a PATH Intl Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor to teach our MHR Heroes on Horseback military veterans’ program and some classes with children & adults with special needs.

• Classes are held Mondays through Thursdays (no weekends), and hours vary depending on the day.  This position is part-time, with the potential to grow.
• CTRI certification is necessary, for we are a PATH Member Center.
• Instructors must be able to work with staff, horses, and volunteers to prepare and lead safe riding classes.  Walking on uneven surfaces (sandy arena), lifting and moving riders of all ages and abilities, and dealing with extreme temperatures are all necessary.
